1. Acceptance of TermsThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, WhatsApp communications, online booking tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by the Company (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
The Platform allows users to learn about our beauty and wellness services, book appointments, communicate with us, purchase services or products where available, and receive customer support in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using the Platform, booking an appointment, contacting us through WhatsApp or other channels, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Use of the PlatformYou may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
If you book services on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that you have provided any necessary notices to that person regarding their personal data and appointment details.
Certain services may be restricted by age, health condition, or suitability. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit services where necessary for safety, hygiene, professional judgment, or legal compliance.
3. Services and AppointmentsThe Company provides beauty, wellness, grooming, and related salon services through its physical location(s) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Descriptions of services, durations, expected outcomes, availability, and prices displayed on the Platform are provided for general information only. Actual service details may vary depending on the client’s condition, consultation outcome, staff availability, or operational requirements.
Appointment requests submitted through the Platform, WhatsApp, telephone, or any online booking channel are subject to confirmation by the Company. An appointment is not considered final until confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel appointments where necessary, including due to staff unavailability, operational reasons, force majeure, safety concerns, suspected misuse, or incomplete client information.
4. Health, Safety, and Client InformationUsers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the requested service, including allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, infections, contraindications, and any other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of treatment.
The Company may refuse to perform a service where, in our professional opinion, the service may be unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to health and hygiene requirements.
Users acknowledge that results may vary between individuals and that no guarantee is given regarding any specific aesthetic or wellness outcome unless expressly required under applicable law.
5. Pricing and PaymentsPrices for services or products are displayed on the Platform or communicated during booking. Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice, provided that confirmed bookings will generally be honored at the price communicated at the time of confirmation, unless there was an obvious error.
Payments may be accepted through online payment methods, cards, bank transfer, cash where permitted, or other approved methods.
By submitting payment details, you authorize the Company or its payment service providers to process the relevant amount for the booked service, deposit, cancellation charge, or applicable purchase.
All prices may be subject to applicable taxes, including VAT, where required by UAE law.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and RefundsClients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. Late arrival may shorten the service duration or require rescheduling, depending on availability.
The Company may apply reasonable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, deposit, or prepayment rules, provided that such rules are disclosed through the Platform, booking flow, message confirmation, or customer support communication.
Refunds, if any, will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the service or product. Services that have already been fully performed may not be refundable except where required by law or where there has been a verified service deficiency.
Where a complaint concerns service quality, the Company may, at its discretion and where appropriate, offer a corrective appointment, partial refund, service credit, or another reasonable remedy.
7. Products and AftercareIf the Company sells or recommends beauty, cosmetic, or aftercare products, the user is responsible for reading instructions, warnings, and suitability information before use.
The Company is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow aftercare guidance, undisclosed allergies or conditions, or use contrary to professional recommendations.
8. Communications and WhatsAppBy contacting the Company or providing your phone number, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding appointments, reminders, service updates, customer support, follow-up care, account matters, and, where permitted by law and based on your consent or other lawful basis, promotional and marketing messages.
Such communications may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, email, or other communication channels used by the Company.
You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following unsubscribe instructions, replying with “STOP,” or contacting us directly. However, essential service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for the performance of a booking or other legitimate service purposes.
9. User ConductYou agree not to:
- provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- misuse the Platform or booking channels;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or behave inappropriately toward our staff or representatives;
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or related systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to deny service, cancel bookings, or suspend access where these Terms are violated.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Platform, including text, images, branding, logos, design elements, service descriptions, software, layout, and other materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
11. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully up to date.
Beauty and wellness services are personal in nature, and individual results may vary based on personal characteristics, condition, compliance with aftercare instructions, and other factors beyond our control.
12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under UAE law, including rights that may not lawfully be waived by consumers.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant booking, service, or transaction giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension or TerminationThe Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, cancel bookings, or refuse future appointments where:
- these Terms are breached;
- fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct is suspected;
- required client information is not provided;
- health, safety, or hygiene concerns make the service inappropriate;
- continued use may harm the Company, its staff, or other clients.
14. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to These TermsThe Company may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
